Gonzales-Vigilar Psychiatric Services, LLC (GVPS) is a private Loudoun County based child, adolescent, and adult psychiatric and counseling services center in Ashburn, VA. We treat a range of conditions and apply the use of telemedicine to provide a safe environment for everyone.

We utilize an evidence-based medicine approach in the assessment and management of various mental and behavioral health conditions. A Bit About Doctor Gonzales-Vigilar

Dr. Gonzales-Vigilar is a double board-certified psychiatrist with the specialty of child/adolescent and adult psychiatry with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She has extensive experience as a clinician while occupying other positions in various clinical treatment settings such as: medical director at a residential facility for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, medical director and part-owner of a mid-size single-specialty behavioral health group practice and clinical director of an intensive outpatient adolescent program (IOP). Additionally, Dr. Gonzales-Vigilar has a Masters Degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise Science from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. She is certified in providing TMS treatment, FDA-approved to adults with depression and OCD. When clinically indicated, she incorporates the most advanced pharmacogenomic information using Genomind Genecept Assay into the treatment of her patients.
