"Dr. Vigilar is truly an excellent psychiatrist. In my ~23rd year of searching for a diagnosis, I found HER, and shortly thereafter that elusive diagnosis, through her time/expertise and testing/evals she ordered. I have been a partner in my treatment planning, and she listens to my concerns about effects of medications, etc, and provides alternatives as needed. It seems - to me - odd to rate a mental health doc, as my positive review will likely be offset by a person angry that on Day 1 they were not diagnosed and provided a pill that magically solves everything. It does not work that way; if you take a practical view of the process, and you expect to actively participate in getting better, then you will love Dr. V as much as I do. Highest recommendation."
