If you have questions of an ADMINISTRATIVE nature (e.g., NEW PATIENT and FOLLOW-UP appointments, account balances, etc.), please CALL 571-291-2449 .  If no one answers, please leave your name, number, and a detailed message.  We will return your call by the following business day that we are open.

If you have questions of a MEDICAL nature that require your doctor’s attention (e.g., prescriptions, refills, prior authorizations, etc.), please contact your doctor directly through your PATIENT PORTAL.

Gonzales-Vigilar Psychiatric Services, LLC (GVPS) is a private outpatient practice that was established in 2014 and is based in Ashburn, Loudoun County, VA. Our psychiatrists are dedicated to providing accurate diagnosis, determination of the best treatment for children, adolescents, and adults suffering from severe and complex mental health illnesses.  These include neurodevelopmental disorders, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar, obsessive-compulsive, trauma, and stressor-related disorders.

Our medical doctors and staff are committed to providing compassionate, person-centered quality of care and strive to provide our patients and their families a consistently positive experience from the moment we make contact with them.

We believe that timely and communication is very important to effectively providing ongoing service to our patients. Our practice provides a secure portal system through which patients can effectively maintain contact with their doctors and our staff between appointments.

Our practice focuses on providing clinical evaluations and medication management services.  However, should our patients need other services such as therapy/counseling or formal psychological testing to complement those we provide, our doctors have an extensive network from which they can recommend providers whom they have worked with and can best address our patients’ other treatment needs.  Regardless of whom our patients choose, our doctors will coordinate with their other providers to help ensure they get the best possible care.
