As a courtesy, we typically send text or voice reminders a few days in advance of a patient’s next appointment. However, please note that it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to remember the date and time of their next appointment.

A fee will be charged if you miss an appointment, or do not cancel or reschedule your appointment in a timely manner. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so by giving us at least 24-hour’s notice prior to the start of your appointment.
