Our psychiatrists make every effort to ensure that their patients have the required amount of medication until the next scheduled appointment. It is very important that patients have enough medication in the event they have to cancel or miss their appointment. Patients may send their requests preferably through the secure portal or leave a message on our secure phone system. The amount of refill between appointments is at the discretion of our psychiatrists and patients are expected to reschedule as soon as possible.
Medication refills outside of appointment will be subject to a fee of $25.00 for each medication prescription.
Our psychiatrists do not respond to automatic refill request generated by the pharmacy. This policy is meant to ensure that our patients are continuously assessed with the right medication and dose during their visits.
