As a courtesy, we typically send text or voice reminders a few days in advance of a patient’s next appointment. However, please note that it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to remember the date and time of their next appointment.
Please note that when you set an appointment, that time has been reserved exclusively for you. Please make every effort to keep it. A fee will be charged if you miss an appointment, or do not cancel or reschedule your appointment in a timely manner. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so by giving us at least 24-hour’s notice prior to the start of your appointment.
